Service Enhancements

User Account Protection

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and managing your account data. You are accountable for all activities that occur under your account. GateVPN provides an unlimited subscription service, which includes a 3-day trial with auto-renewal. Pricing is subject to change. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

User Responsibility

You agree to comply with local laws while using GateVPN. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or use GateVPN to create competing products, transmit illegal content, or attempt unauthorized access.

No Warranty

GateVPN is provided "as is," without warranties. We are not liable for damages related to the exposure of user identity or VPN server performance issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or total data protection.

Legal Protection

You agree to indemnify GateVPN and its affiliates from any claims, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

Upon termination of this Agreement, your access and license to use GateVPN will be revoked. Termination may occur due to abnormal usage. All licenses and access are voided upon termination.
